What is U-Train? 

Providing comprehensive and effective training for your employees is essential to maintaining high
standards and preventing foodborne illnesses. Using short videos to get that message across is a great
way to ensure that your staff understands and follows proper food safety procedures. U-Train Food
Safety by Mérieux NutriSciences is a comprehensive library of 23 food safety training videos (in English
and Spanish) covering everything from basic food safety principles to allergen awareness, cross
contamination basics, and cleaning and sanitation practices.
 
 

How Does U-Train Work?

This is a subscription-based program with unlimited access to all videos (3-10 minutes in
length). Videos can be used to train large groups or individual employees.


Training logs, quizzes, and certificates are included allowing you to easily document employee training.
