The PA letter includes a full evaluation of product formulation and processing procedures, as well as Quality Assurance recommendations and/or requirements designed to help assure the safety and quality of the finished product(s), which ensure a microbiologically shelf-stable product, as well as to satisfy FDA acidified food regulations(21CFR 114 and 21 CFR 108).
